Mason’s Legacy Foundation was created in loving memory of Mason Hernandez Garcia, a remarkable child whose life continues to inspire hope, courage, and meaningful change.
Our mission is to protect children, support families, raise autism awareness, promote domestic violence prevention, and help communities heal through education, advocacy, resources, and compassionate outreach.
Don’t Stop Believin’ was more than Mason’s favorite message. It is the spirit behind everything we do.
Every Child Deserves to Be Understood, Supported, and Celebrated
Autism awareness is deeply personal to Mason’s Legacy Foundation.
Mason was autistic, and his life showed the beauty, joy, intelligence, and individuality that children with autism bring into the world. His legacy inspires us to promote greater understanding, acceptance, inclusion, and support.
We are committed to helping families learn about autism, recognize the importance of early screening and intervention, and connect with resources that may help their children thrive.
An autism diagnosis can bring many emotions and questions. Families should not have to navigate that journey alone.
Through education, partnerships, family-centered events, and resource sharing, we hope to create a community where families feel seen, supported, and encouraged.
Different does not mean less. Every child deserves the opportunity to shine.
Domestic Violence Prevention and Awareness
Breaking the Silence. Promoting Safety. Supporting Healing.
Domestic violence affects individuals, children, families, and entire communities. Its impact can continue long after the visible harm has ended.
Mason’s Legacy Foundation is committed to raising awareness, promoting prevention, encouraging healthy relationships, and connecting individuals and families with trusted community resources.
Children who are exposed to violence may experience fear, trauma, instability, and long-term emotional harm. Protecting children also means addressing the environments and relationships that affect their safety.
No one deserves to live in fear. Reaching out for support can be an important first step toward safety and healing.
This foundation does not provide emergency intervention. Anyone in immediate danger should contact emergency services or an appropriate domestic violence hotline.
Silence protects violence. Awareness creates opportunities for change.
